Product seen on September 2, 2024, and after having contacted a staff member about the delivery day and being told that everything would be fine, I decided to place my order. I chose the option to have my package delivered to a pickup point, which I was happy about. Then I received an email stating that this is no longer possible and that my package would now be delivered to my home address. This was quite annoying; I had to sacrifice my day for this, but I was told I would receive a tracking code so I would know when my package would be delivered and could go about my day, which was fine. Delivery was supposed to be today between 08:00 and 21:30, and I had to keep an eye on my tracking code. I did this, checking the status every half hour until this writing, over 9 hours later, but I still hadn't received a time slot or delivery time. I called Moestuin and spoke to an intern. I explained the problem, and he was fully understanding but couldn't help me, nor could he provide me with a phone number for GLS. I asked to speak to someone who could assist me. The intern said he was the only one there... strange, an intern all alone, but anyway. He did mention that he is often surprised by how they (GLS) mishandle packages. His tip was to always unpack the packages before the driver drives away. I eventually got through to GLS, but they couldn't help me either. They couldn't guarantee that my package would be delivered today, even though I read that today was my delivery day. If I had known this, I would have placed my order elsewhere. What a shame! I received an email stating that this cannot go ahead and that the product will be delivered to my home.
