I ordered the small Triton 2500 greenhouse. It was delivered quickly, but we encountered a problem while assembling it. I called and it was great to speak to a real person (Stefan, in my case) who calmly checked everything step by step until the problem was found and immediately came up with a solution. No fuss, just resolved. Wonderful. The only thing I would like to advise future buyers of the Triton greenhouse: if your relationship isn't strong, don't start this project. The extensive manual is really unclear in many places, and the greenhouse consists of so many small parts that you often can't see the forest for the trees, even though everything is numbered. Very often, you have to undo something because suddenly something needs to be inserted in the next step. It would be more helpful if that were indicated. We managed to put it together, and once assembled, it’s fine, but it took three people and a lot of swearing, and it really took a whole day, even though it’s only 2.50m. Maybe a tip for the manufacturer to review the manual with someone who is assembling it for the first time? And clearer enlargements of the connections would help. They could learn a thing or two from Ikea. Also, perhaps offer the option of a prefab greenhouse for those of us who are less handy. I find the quality of the greenhouse really disappointing for that price. The sliding door moves very stiffly on small plastic parts, and the aluminum screws break off at the slightest resistance. I really wouldn't buy this greenhouse again. However, the service and handling were truly impeccable. I would definitely buy something here again.
