Read this before making a big purchase!! Due to a mistake on their part, we lost the warranty, and there is no possibility for goodwill/compensation. Honestly, the most bizarre customer service I have ever experienced 😅 I ordered a greenhouse for almost 1800 euros. I hired a technician to assemble the greenhouse. During the assembly, it turned out that nothing was correct with the frame. Only 1 corner piece was delivered, while there should naturally be 4, and 1 coupling piece instead of the required 2. Additionally, there were no screws for the frame included, which you only find out at the end of the construction.

Poor inventory management, resulting in receiving only half of the order. Unfortunately, I also did not receive any notification that the other half was no longer available (only found out after asking about it myself).

All in all, excellent service! Initially, the glass was not completely intact, but it was ultimately resolved perfectly! Great service!
