Good product and well delivered.

The received items are completely fine, but it's very strange that half of my (small!) order is sent with GLS, and the other half with PostNL. I was already wondering when ordering why the shipping costs were relatively high, that's why. Both packages were in large boxes, while the contents of both could easily have fit in one of the two boxes with at least half of the box still free. So wasteful, and for a gardening store, it's quite ironic to cause extra pollution through double shipping...

It was a very large box. with a large amount of filler paper. four or even 5 of the same products could have fit in it. so unnecessarily much paper and cardboard.

My first order with this site took a very long time (delivered after 2 weeks while the item was in stock). First, the order got stuck in the system, as they were switching warehouses and that didn't go smoothly. Then the shipping took a very long time. The only positive point was that they were easily reachable by phone, but I have a bad aftertaste from it (I had to call them 5-6 times to follow up).
