Clear webshop, quick order processing, and good communication about the delivery. I hope my order was delivered without damage, as we will only set up the greenhouses in the spring and are leaving them in the tight packaging for now...

I would like to set the facts straight, because what you are writing here is not correct: – I did not "threaten" with a negative review; I simply asked for a fair compensation for the damage. – The damage was indeed clearly visible on multiple panels — 9 out of 16. – I invested a lot of work to still be able to use the boxes, so disassembling them again and returning the panels was no longer a realistic solution. – You offered €75 for 9 damaged panels on an expensive product — I found that to be insufficient. – A voucher is not a real solution if I no longer want to order after this.
