The products are great - the shirts are beautiful and wash and hang dry with no need to iron BUT ordering from the UK was difficult: firstly I had to spend £135 before they'd consider posting to the UK - I couldn't just pay extra for the postage I had to spend a further £35 on products before I could complete the order. Then I got charged £67 customs charges coming into the UK. Whilst I appreciate that is the UK government's decision and not R2's, it would have been helpful and kind if you alerted UK customers to that inevitable charge.
