    Love the unique products. Checkout and delivery all went well. There are warnings about additional charges for importing to the UK. Today these are: import duty at 12%, a £5 customs clearance fee and then the dreaded VAT at 20% on the total. I still think they are worth it!!!

    Gros problèmes au niveau de la livraison. Le livreur n'est pas passé à la maison, j'ai pris congé à mon travail et à 12h30, j'ai regardé le site du livreur qui marqué que la livraison a été effectuée à 12h06 sans savoir où. J'ai donc téléphoné chez eux au 070/ et après 15 minutes au téléphone j'ai appris que le colis se trouvait en point relais. Vraiment pas professionnel!!!. J'ai pris un jour de congé, 5 euros pour téléphoner chez le livreur et enfin aller chercher son colis en point relais. Rien ne vaut la Bpost. Vraiment déçu.
