At first, I was positively surprised that I was sold the right interface for a new radio in an older MB SLK based on the equipment of my vehicle. I found the subsequent, very slow and unhelpful communication via email disappointing when I couldn't proceed due to the incomplete instructions and needed help. There was no phone contact at all.
