I asked which items I should order for my Volkswagen Caddy to ensure everything is plug and play, clearly indicating the year and model. However, what I received was completely wrong; they sent me down the wrong path with the speakers and amplifier. I then went to another store to get new items, where I found better quality speakers for half the price, so the prices here are relatively high as well. If you know what you're doing and understand what you need, you could order from this site, but unfortunately, don't assume that you can trust their word if you don't know much about it.

For my order, I called and received the correct information; however, the phone conversation was a bit awkward. It felt like they were just quickly providing some brief information to get off the line. I ordered the product, and it was delivered neatly as agreed. I had some additional questions, which I sent via email, and I received a reply with the correct information within a day. Now about the product itself: it looks perfect. I mounted and connected it in my Trike, and it works well. However, I do have a comment: I find the original Bluetooth connection of the amplifier to be particularly poor. When I move about 2 meters away from the amplifier with my phone connected via Bluetooth, the sound starts to stutter. The amplifier itself is mounted as a build with the original attachment. Additionally, the materials that could potentially interfere with the signal between the amplifier and the phone are polyester, foam rubber, and synthetic leather from the seat. As a test, I tried a separate Bluetooth unit, and it had no issues; I could even walk away up to 5 meters with my phone, and the amplifier continued to work perfectly. Perhaps another downside: the amplifier works perfectly, but when I receive a call, the amplifier switches through, and after the call ends, it no longer produces sound and needs to be restarted. This may be due to a wrong setting I made.
