AutoSound24 called me, and we had a good conversation about the different delivery options (one of which includes next evening delivery). I had overlooked that. We also discussed the return policy. This proactive approach (and some additional advice about car speakers) will earn them an updated review with 5 stars :). Overall, the service is fine, but just be realistic about the delivery. If you say you deliver the next day, then I should also have that expectation. If that’s not possible, please adjust it on the site; we can still be good friends. Additionally, I find it ridiculous to charge €8 for a return label (I returned another product of mine). I completely understand that you incur costs as well, but you’re not making me a returning customer. By the way, the KMM was well packaged, so I have no complaints about the final delivery :)
