Fast delivery, great!

I made a choice after a long wait to buy a beautiful set during Black Friday. I had been waiting a long time because it was the best deal. Then the package was simply left at my door, and the delivery person signed for it, leaving the package behind. You would think there is an agreement with PostNL, as they had already switched from PostNL because DHL was messing things up, but nothing could be further from the truth; PostNL is doing the same. However, the company is unresponsive. Fraud with signatures is still punishable in the Netherlands. This company does nothing about it and leaves you out in the cold. Here’s an additional note: Autosound24 now claims that I gave permission via PostNL for the package to be left at my door. This is against the rules of Autosound24 itself and against the rules of PostNL. Anything sent registered MUST be delivered to the recipient or to a PostNL point, and not just left at the door. Falsifying the signature and then driving off happily is unacceptable. The package was simply left by PostNL, and then they were gone. Autosound24 states that after emailing or messaging, they will contact PostNL because they "claim" it could be left there. They can’t do anything for you, which is outrageous. PostNL and Autosound24, you should be ashamed. I had to save for almost a year for this, and now I’m left empty-handed with a company that is unresponsive!!!

Great product, well packaged and delivered quickly!

The adapter that was supposed to work on the Peugeot 107 does not fit, which is very disappointing. The shipping also took a long time, but in my opinion, this was mainly due to DHL. However, it was nicely packaged.
