I had a question about the order I placed. I was helped very well and quickly, and there was great consideration given to finding a suitable solution. Excellent service.

I used the webshop for the first time and it went super smoothly. I had a small question regarding my order, which was answered quickly and clearly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery that was the fault of the carrier. (It was supposed to be delivered with a signature upon receipt, while I wasn't even home, which I can also prove.) I contacted Wicked Wood Games, and they immediately helped me. They are fully handling the dispute with the carrier and, in the meantime, are ensuring that I receive a new delivery without any worries so that I can enjoy the ordered products. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! I highly recommend Wicked Wood Games to everyone!

My first order had a small damage. For this reason, I contacted customer service. Communication was quick and correct. I returned it free of charge and received the new order the next day. No hassle, just good service!

I really appreciate your direct support and the quick shipping. However, there are a few things I didn't like: - Outdated information on the website - Confirmation emails were in Dutch - Some parts of the website are in Dutch even though the language is set to German or English - The ordered carry bag was forgotten - I didn't realize that the protection layer is only on the top; it felt as if there was no protection layer at all. - Regarding the bags: the stitching to close them looks quite untidy. I hope it holds together. Almost every bag had little threads hanging that I had to remove or cut. - The bags also have a strong chemical smell. It was really nice that they sent me new bags when I mentioned this. - I ended up sending the set back. I received a free return label, which was great. Unfortunately, I had to remind them to refund my money. - The support via WhatsApp was really good and fast. However, in the end, the support team reacted unfriendly when I expressed my disappointment about having to remind them to transfer the money back.
