I used the webshop for the first time and it went super smoothly. I had a small question regarding my order, which was answered quickly and clearly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery that was the fault of the carrier. (It was supposed to be delivered with a signature upon receipt, while I wasn't even home, which I can also prove.) I contacted Wicked Wood Games, and they immediately helped me. They are fully handling the dispute with the carrier and, in the meantime, are ensuring that I receive a new delivery without any worries so that I can enjoy the ordered products.
