Response by HappyBear Diapers
Thank you for your message, and we appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for hearing that you have not yet received your order, despite the information from the tracking. We tried to contact you by phone to discuss this issue, but unfortunately, we could not reach you. We also sent you an email. Unfortunately, we are increasingly encountering situations with PostNL where a package is marked as delivered, even though it has not been. Often, you will still receive it 1-2 days later. Due to the high volume at PostNL, this may take a little longer. We have not heard anything further from you, so we assume that your order has eventually arrived (with some delay). Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
