I ordered training pants, but unfortunately, the wrong ones were delivered. They are not available by phone, but I was able to contact them directly via email. The training pants I chose were apparently out of stock, even though the website indicated they were available, and it seems the barcodes on the packaging were incorrect. The only option offered was a partial refund of €5 from the total price.

Very nice product, high quality. It's more pleasant to use these than disposable diapers. Also check out the reusable swim diapers :).

Very user-friendly website. The order was processed quickly, and I received the swim diapers a few days later! Very satisfied!
