    Skyline chips and case are very nice. HOWEVER, one star knocked off because they shipped my 1/5/25/100/500 piece set missing the 25/100/500 pieces. Then it took a series of emails to even cover the cost of the missing product. PokerMerchant ended up making the right call covering MOST (not all) of the cost of reshipping the missing items, but at least they covered some of the shipping. If the product wasn't so nice I would be less generous. Just hope they send all of your order, because if you're me, they won't cover their mistake without a lengthy email exchange.

    Chips are gorgeous in person - I ordered around 400 or so of the Monte Carlo chips (not a set) and a few of the Highroller poker plaques. Received a shipping confirmation the next day and received my order within 5 business days from placing it (US-based customer). I placed another order for one of the chip denoms I didn't order enough of the first time - those were delivered in only 3 business days! Amazing quality in both service and products. Will order again for sure!
