    The products are good, but my goal was to get a custom logo on them and this was not achieved - my request in the order was ignored. The order process on the web is not responsive to something other than standard template designs.

    Ordered 300 monte carlo poker chips set. Product was delivered in 3 days as promised, very good service. On the other hand the chips had some imperfections on the edges: random white spots and irregular edge lines (some thicker some thinner)
