Excellent communication and speed of delivery. Chips are fantastic, as are the complimentary decks of cards and carry case. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I didn't realise shipping plus customs and VAT would add an extra £100 to the cost..

The customer service is unbelievably awful. This is the first time that I shop in Europe from a legit company, I don’t receive my package, and there is not only no help or compensation they even ignore my messages. Edit: So, after my angry comment, I was contacted, received a reply to my email and even got a replacement for that missing package, for which I am very grateful. However, this had to be done from beginning. That package was a birthday prsent which got late by one month! Nevertheless, I appreciate their help.

I ordered a 500 poker set with black aluminium case, i paid extra to be black, and i received it grey! It was a gift for someone who loves black. But unfortunately nobody answered my email, i also wrote a PM on the Facebook page, no answer! I still wonder what kind of site is this, but definitely i will never order again. Thank you for charge me extra for something i didn't received.
