    very unprofessional, the same day I received the shipment, I contacted them, they sent me the wrong chips, this is their answer... Thank you for your email. We have checked and it seems that our website is not up to date with the latest image. These are (new) tournament chips and not the cash game chips. So we wouldn't be able to send you a different design. However, let me know when you place another order and I'll make sure to add some free items for the inconvenience. extremely frivolous and irresponsible

    The set is great. Arrived ahead of time. Boxes were damaged during shipment but the product was not damaged.

    Skyline chips and case are very nice. HOWEVER, one star knocked off because they shipped my 1/5/25/100/500 piece set missing the 25/100/500 pieces. Then it took a series of emails to even cover the cost of the missing product. PokerMerchant ended up making the right call covering MOST (not all) of the cost of reshipping the missing items, but at least they covered some of the shipping. If the product wasn't so nice I would be less generous. Just hope they send all of your order, because if you're me, they won't cover their mistake without a lengthy email exchange.
