Is Poker Merchant trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

I would definitely find a different site to order from. The pictures on the website do not match the product they send. I Ordered white chips and recieved light blue! When buying on the internet we only have the pictures to trust.Porker merchants respons is the following "Images of products are a true representation of the products offered. The Entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the colours shown correspond exactly to the actual colours of the products" Several weeks after Poker Merchant has aknowlegde that the pictures are not the same af the product they have sendt they stil haven't changed the pictures on the site for future customers! Obviously they don't care about their customers! Find a different site whould be my recommendation.

Hi Niels, we're sorry you feel that way. However, if we'd be able to review a customer you would definitely get a 1 star review star as well. It looks like you are missing some parts of your story. The front image of the poker chips you ordered looked a bit white through the light. That's completely through. However, if you would have looked at the second image you would have noticed that the poker chip is more white blue, a very nice color although I say so myself. At the time you messaged us with this problem we offerend you to send free(!) replacement chips if you would have send us the chips back. However, you only wanted us to send us €80 worth of poker chips for free. A bit greedy in my opinion. Although we may have our differences please feel free to contact me at any time. Although the legal 14 days to resend your chips have passed we will make an exception for this. If you send us back the chips we will send you new ones for free. Because at Poker Merchant we do believe every client should get the best service possible, but great service is not the same thing as sending you €80 of free chips.
