Recently, I made my first purchase at Y&M Home Creations. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the scanning of my package, which initially caused it to end up at the wrong pickup point. However, the Y&M team quickly noticed this and promptly informed me about it in a courteous manner. In the end, everything turned out well; the package arrived on time, and I am very satisfied with the product itself. I also want to compliment the packaging; it was done very neatly, minimizing the chance of damage during transport. The little gift "from the house" that we found with our order was a very nice surprise. In short, top service, top product, so I would definitely recommend it. I will order here again!

After DPD messed things up, Y&M immediately took action and I received the package the very next day. What a joy it was to unpack! It was wrapped with love, and there was even a small gift included. I will definitely be ordering from here more often.
