Good morning Wendy, First of all, thank you for the beautiful order you placed. It's unfortunate that I received this 1-star review from you, as we are known for our excellent service. We would have loved to assist you, but we have not received any emails from you at our customer service. Did you send the emails to klantenservice@ymhomecreations.nl, as indicated in the confirmation email, track & trace emails, and on our website? I have just looked into what happened with your package. What I see is that your package was sent out on time by us (within 1 to 3 working days). Our carrier then attempted to deliver it to the service point, but the delivery failed because the service point was already closed. You could also see all of this in the track & trace and the live tracking from the carrier. I see that it has since been delivered to the service point and that you picked it up shortly thereafter. So fortunately, everything turned out well. We hope you enjoy your beautiful order, and perhaps this will change your thoughts about us. :) Once again, I want to thank you for the lovely order, and on behalf of myself and my team, I wish you a wonderful new week.
