My advice is to choose another delivery service! Ordered on June 17 and still haven't received/picked it up because DPD is too busy?? Reported this to your customer service and received a very unfriendly email in response where all responsibility is shifted. Very poor!

Multiple orders placed and very satisfied with the beautiful items! Just the way they package their products is a celebration when unpacking. I personally always love a bit more personal contact and not that standard business approach, where you often feel like just an order number. At Y&M, I experience an incredibly personal touch in the communication, with short, quick lines and even room for some humor. Absolutely a recommendation.

Had a very good experience. The package arrived quickly and beautifully packaged! Compliments to the company! The quality of the oil candles is very good!
