Y&M Home Creations does everything in its power to make me feel truly valued as a customer and to deliver the right product. After I indicated that I wanted my order delivered to a DPD pick-up point, the DPD app did not function correctly. It seemed that the delivery had failed and that the order had not arrived. Y&M quickly followed up on this and informed me that the item had indeed been delivered to the pick-up point. The order was exceptionally well packaged, as it was fragile. There was also a little gift included and a thank you note for placing the order. All in all, it was resolved excellently and the product is beautiful. The delivery service DPD could have and should have communicated better in this situation.

Because everything is packed and shipped with care and attention! Questions regarding their products are answered quickly and well. In one word, a TOP company, where I would love to buy something again!
