Great communication, which started after I asked a question. Then I placed my order and the pleasant email exchange continued :-) When I received my package, I was surprised at how carefully everything was packed. I had ordered a fragile set, and it arrived perfectly. Sturdy yet very charmingly packaged! And a few little surprises in the box made me feel almost like it was my birthday. Oh yes, the set also looks beautiful on my dining table! Next time, I will definitely check the website if I'm looking for something, because I wholeheartedly wish these hardworking people the order.
