Koningdrone

Super service, very fast delivery. It was the cheapest webshop for this part.

I ordered a DJI RC2 controller. Unfortunately, it was not delivered as agreed; there was poor communication between the webshop and the warehouse, resulting in a delivery two or three days later. I had to call and email several times. Slow responses. The website stated that a Type-C to Type-C PD cable would be included in the "Box," but it was not provided. It turned out that this was a mistake on Koningdrone's part and should not have been mentioned. DJI does not typically provide this cable.

The order took a little while to arrive, but that was due to the holiday. Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend it from my side.

I placed my first order with Koningdrone. Delivery was smooth and correct. The drone was complete as described on the website. I am very satisfied with the clear content of the website, the ordering process, the payment method, and the excellent packaging upon delivery of the drone to my home! Lastly, the drone fully met my (expected) requirements. Well done, Koningdrone!
