The strings arrived to my hands but it took 11 business days, 18 natural days and PostNL didn't updated any information these last days. So my complaint is with PostNL not with 4strings. The strings are fine and sound very sweet.

Hi Jordi, I see on the tracking your order was delivered an hour ago. I'm sorry your order took longer than usual to be delivered! But as I tried to explain, I shipped your order as soon as I could (on the same day), and after that I'm as dependant on the carriers as you are to do their job. In this end of year period, courriers are very busy and delays are always possible (and totally out of my control). It's really a pity and I'm disappointed that you account that only to me :( If I were able to magically make the transportation faster, I would do so! Just to clarify as well: we state an indicated maximum of 10 _business_ days as reference for the economy shipping that you chose. In your case it indeed took 11 business days. Dries - 4strings
