The ordering process is excellent. The products are very nice. Responses to emails are slow or non-existent, which I find a bit challenging. When you have a question about a product, it's nice to receive a quick answer so you can proceed with the order. Payment with Klarna in three installments would also be great. The promotions you offer are also nice.
