After that, we send another email explaining what service you can expect and what rights you have, for example, if there is an issue with your product. The review request email is intended to share your experience in the store so that other customers are better informed about what they can expect from us. Of course, you are free not to respond. Your information is stored solely by us and can be deleted at your request. Despite the one-star rating you gave us due to the unexpected transactional emails, we hope you will shop with us again. If there is anything wrong with your purchase or product, you can find everything in our terms and in the emails we have sent. We will better instruct our staff to ask future customers if they prefer to receive a physical receipt and to offer alternatives if a digital receipt is not desired. Fortunately, our new printer has already been ordered, and we hope to receive it soon so that we can issue physical receipts again.
