Especially great service! The online customer service is personal and responds super quickly. In the store, they are helpful and take the time to give you their full attention. They help you search for the perfect shoe instead of just asking for a size, getting it, and taking it away. Super good! I would do it the same way if I were to start a basketball store. I order in Dutch, and then I am bombarded with English emails saying that I might be missing out on discounts. It has not become clear to me which discount I missed and what I should have done to receive this discount.

It's been a while since Burned disappeared from Groningen, where I used to go all the time since I started playing basketball, but last week I happened to have the chance to visit the store in Den Bosch. It felt just like old times, with a wide selection and friendly staff.
