I ordered the indoor/outdoor model Wilson basketball, but the product delivered was an outdoor basketball. Ultimately, because the return procedure is complicated, I decided to keep it. The outdoor basketball is of lower quality and cheaper than what I paid for the indoor and outdoor version.

It's unfortunate that one cannot receive an invoice for a business purchase, as this does not (yet) work in their system.
Fast delivery and it's great that the balls were already inflated (but with a couple of 2, that's probably a bit easier than with a larger number).
