Hi..im still waiting for the items to be delivered. I well gladly send another review when my items arrive.

Order has still not arrived. Shows that is has been returned to sender. And I am yet to have a response via email for two emails I have sent chasing this order up. I am very disappointed and gutted I have neither the products ordered or my money.

Update after chasing up order sent back to shipper by customs by company. I was told I had to wait for my order to reship as an investigation with DPD and them to sort the issue has to occur first. I was given option to cancel order and receive refund. Poor customer service to punish the customer to wait on an error not caused by buyer. Reshipped two days later again. Apparent issue was HS code not accepted by customs, yet other orders to UK (from other reviews) have occurred. Unsure I will use this company again and not sure I'd recommend. If customer service was better vs telling me I have to wait for them to investigate the issue with DPD which could take several days. While a small business who relies on ordered product to arrive in a timely manner.
