I received a notification of delivery by DPD on Monday, March 30, 2020, between 2:25 PM and 3:25 PM. I saw no one. On the morning of March 31, I noticed that the delivery was back at the depot in Mechelen. It was delivered on March 31 at 12:14 PM. Upon opening the cardboard box, I found that the two lids of the Royal Green coconut oil jars were completely dented and torn from the edge. The label for the glass on the outside of the cardboard box was stuck on in the wrong direction, causing the jars to lie on their sides instead of standing upright. Fortunately, I still have two lids from my previous jars, so I will use those, but luckily I am not too bothered by it.
