The price at Biolovers was sharp; unfortunately, upon arrival, there was a crack in the oil container, which caused some leakage in the box. After sending a short email, I received an immediate response that a new package would be sent out right away. Truly fantastic service; as a customer, you couldn't wish for anything better.

Product ordered and arrived quite quickly, very well packaged. Also the cheapest supplier. Definitely worth visiting the site.

The appearance of the website and the company itself are excellent! Areas for improvement: When you click on 'pick up by appointment', it might be helpful to give the customer an option to make that appointment right away or possibly send a message to arrange the appointment. Other companies do this, and in this case, I didn't know if I needed to make the appointment myself or not.
