The website for ordering works well; the ordering and payment process is seamless, and delivery is fast and good. The only thing that could be improved is the option to have items delivered to a pickup point during the ordering process. This is not possible now, but it can be done afterwards via PostNL. Overall, I am very satisfied.

My first experience was recently. I was looking for a specific brand of henna and that's how I ended up here. I've used it now and I'm very satisfied. I'm glad I found this shop. I placed my order and it was delivered to my home the next day. Super!

Wide selection of healthy products for the sensible person, including a less common product like Baikal, which will definitely be a keeper for me.

The package arrived almost completely broken; one bag of oats was falling out of the box, and the goji berries were very dry and in a broken plastic container. Everything was very messy upon arrival, and the delivery person was quite unfriendly, unable to communicate in any language regarding the return of the package. I was quite disappointed, but I managed to salvage some of the items. On the positive side, the Biolovers team reached out to me and fully refunded my order without any complications. I was very grateful for that and hope my next experience will be better.
