As a vacuum cleaner, I think it's a top device! It leaves almost nothing behind, and I have a dog and a cat. I'm super satisfied. However, I find the mopping function really disappointing. I had contact about this and sent a video showing that there are only two streaks of moisture left as a trace, and that's it. According to the staff member in the app, this is the normal way of mopping, which I find very disappointing and it really adds no value. I don't expect to use the mopping function at all. The app is okay, but it often loses the map and has to scan again. Hidde on the phone is great!

Top product and good service! I've been using the C200 robot for 1 week now. Everything works automatically and my marble floor is shining again. I have no regrets and should have done this much earlier.

Good service. They took the time to answer my question. The product (robot vacuum cleaner c150) does what it is supposed to do with less noise and clearly more fine-tuning than the previous edition (c100).

Fast delivery, customer service very friendly and easily reachable for questions and advice. The functionality of the app takes some getting used to. There isn't really a manual on how to use the room maps and settings. But once you figure that out, it's great! You can set no-go zones for both vacuuming and mopping. Exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied 😊
