What a great find, a super purchase! The robot vacuum cleaner is remarkably quiet, much quieter than the regular vacuum cleaner.

After looking around on Google and reading a lot about 3 different brands (Roborock, Dreame, and iRobot), I was completely lost. Since I really prefer a Dutch robot vacuum cleaner and customer service, I stumbled upon this one at bol.com with excellent reviews. I found their website through Google and called them right away. I was helped correctly by Hidde regarding various questions. Following the good, correct Dutch customer service and 4 years of warranty, I ordered the Tjilla C150 on November 18th. The robot vacuum cleaner was delivered on November 19th. Experience with connecting the Tjilla C150 to the Tuya app: It was quite a disaster for me because iOS (Apple) was a bit difficult with the connection. But in the end, it worked thanks to Hidde's explanation about the Tuya app and connecting the robot vacuum cleaner. Experience with the Tjilla C150 regarding vacuuming: In the 2 weeks that I have had this Tjilla C150, I have used it 7 times. This robot vacuum cleaner does a good job cleaning the corners. It navigates neatly around table and chair legs and so far hasn't bumped into anything. The suction power can be set to 3 different levels. Even on the max setting, the sound is good and not disturbing. However, I did notice today (December 4th) that the Tjilla C150 skipped a section, got a bit lost, and made a squeaking sound. I will keep an eye on these minor issues to see if they occur more frequently. After each vacuuming session, I clean the middle/side brushes of hair/dust, the dustbin, HEPA filter, and the vacuum robot, as this will help your robot vacuum cleaner last longer. I haven't tried the mopping feature yet. So far, I am satisfied with the Tjilla C150. I just have to wait within the 30-day trial period to see if the 3 minor issues happen more often. A big advantage is the 4-year warranty in case the Tjilla C150 stops working properly!

I emailed in advance with a question. I was called back immediately. The robot cleans better than I can. It's a smart device. The app takes some figuring out to understand how it works.

The vacuum is very good; however, the obstacle detection and avoidance could be slightly improved. It always has problems when returning to the charging station.
