I received a quick and helpful response to my questions via email, and the order was delivered the next day.

I've had it for almost 2 months now, and it works great and especially fast. It cleans the living room, kitchen, and utility room in 45 minutes. At first, I had some issues with the charging station not staying in place when it went on it, due to the smooth parquet floor, but I solved that by putting double-sided tape underneath. Initially, it refused to go on it at all, but that turned out to be my mistake because I had switched the dust containers, which are sensitive to left and right. My contact with Tjilla was also great; when I called, they usually got back to me within a day. I haven't used all the features yet, like the app, but I will get to that. So far, I haven't used it much, so we'll see how it goes, but up to now, everything is going well.

After asking what was wrong with my device, I received a response and ordered a battery. When it arrived, the problem was solved. Super nice!

Good price/quality! The robot does exactly as the description says. The laser that maps the space more efficiently is very nice, which reduces the cleaning time more and more.
