Tjilla

I received a beautiful complete maintenance set again. The robot vacuum cleaner can go for a while now! Great service, I'm glad this is possible for a small price. I had to wait a bit, but I asked them about it via WhatsApp and received a quick response that it would indeed take longer. It's nice that there was a simple way to communicate about this.

Unfortunately, I had to wait at least 2 months for my order.

I am very satisfied with Tjilla. The robot does its job well, which is especially nice with all the dog hair. However, I ordered extra parts in mid-June, and they were only shipped at the end of July. That's a downside. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

I bought the robot vacuum cleaner C150. First of all, I received a personal call to answer all my questions. The challenge was whether it could handle the dirt from 15 cats. The answer is yes!!!! How did I ever manage without it? The C150 literally sucks up everything! I haven't been able to install the app yet, but that's due to my phone, not Tjila. I messaged them asking how to do it, and they took the time to help me! Service is number 1 here and is highly valued. But then again, when you sell such good products... highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the Tjilla robot vacuum cleaner, which takes a lot of work off my hands and is also fun to watch :)

Delivery takes a very long time, and there is no communication about it. After the review, I was called to inform me that the order is on its way, but I had to wait almost 3 weeks for this.
