Good customer service. The only thing I would recommend is that if an item is out of stock, it shouldn't be possible to order it. But everything was resolved well. I'm happy with my Tjilla.

As a vacuum cleaner, I think it's a top device! It leaves almost nothing behind, and I have a dog and a cat. I'm super satisfied. However, I find the mopping function really disappointing. I had contact about this and sent a video showing that there are only two streaks of moisture left as a trace, and that's it. According to the staff member in the app, this is the normal way of mopping, which I find very disappointing and it really adds no value. I don't expect to use the mopping function at all. The app is okay, but it often loses the map and has to scan again. Hidde on the phone is great!
