I had commented in my review about the careless shipping of accessories by Tjilla. To my surprise, I was immediately called by Tjilla to apologize for the wrong shipments and I received a great offer to make things right. I think this is fantastic and really great service and good entrepreneurship. As I mentioned earlier in the review, I am very satisfied with the robot vacuum cleaner. It sucks wonderfully, is quiet, and can be excellently operated with the remote control plus the app.

I have a Tjilla C100 robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function for 2 months now. Vacuuming works fine, but the mopping was really disappointing, the mop cloth didn't get wet. After many phone calls and emails, I finally...

I watched in amazement as he vacuumed my living room. He got a bit stuck on a cord behind the couch. My fault, I have no thresholds, suddenly he started doing the kitchen too. I don't know what to think of it. It sucks well, but sometimes the suction power is a bit less than other times. Moreover, I have trouble with the English language spoken and written. I think it's a good vacuum cleaner, but I can't handle it well. I only use the remote control and not the app, because that is in English. But I have noticed that Tjilla's customer service is always willing to help you and provide information.
