The product is great, but I have been waiting for the promised free maintenance kit since November 2022. You are just being strung along. UPDATE: In the meantime, the promised kit has been delivered, for which I thank you.

Delivered on time, but the accessories were unclear. I reached out via email because I had ordered the C100 plus along with a maintenance set. When unpacking, I saw a sealed box and nothing more (no separate maintenance set). When I opened the box, there were several accessories inside, but only one mop. According to the Bol.com description, there should be a mop included, so I was missing one. According to your email, there is no mop included as standard, which I find strange for a vacuum/mop robot, and I also don't see anywhere in the product description that it comes without a mop. In short, this is very illogical. Fortunately, the maintenance set I ordered was in the box (strange for a sealed box). The maintenance set also includes one mop, and that was the only mop that came with it. A few days later, the price dropped by 20 euros, which I am also unhappy about. I am very satisfied with the vacuum itself; it works well and doesn't fall down the stairs. The annoying part is that after every cleaning session, I have to wash the mop immediately, as there was no standard mop included according to you, contrary to what is stated on Bol.com. That's why I took the maintenance set right away so that I would have two. I would say, if you sell a robot vacuum/mop machine, shouldn't it be mentioned that there is no mop included, and should this also be updated on Bol? I first checked on Bol and then ordered directly from you.

The delivery time was very long.

I've had it for just 2 days, but I'm already very satisfied! Even beyond my expectations! The seller indicated that we can always call with questions, which we find very positive!

Friendly phone call to inform me that my accessories would be delivered later than the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner (Nelly) does her best, but she couldn't handle a muesli explosion in the kitchen; she swept the muesli pieces all over the place, and after two full rounds through the living room/kitchen, there was still a lot on the floor.

After purchasing the stick vacuum cleaner, I also bought the robot vacuum cleaner and I am very happy with it. It quickly recognizes the house and where it needs to go, and the mopping function works great.
