I ordered a maintenance kit for the robot vacuum cleaner. A wrong main brush arrived, but I received a new one along with 2 side brushes for the inconvenience.

Tjilla S100 stick vacuum cleaner. What a great stick vacuum cleaner! I've been using it for a few months now. It feels sturdy, and the parts are easy to detach and clean. The battery lasts long enough to clean the living room, kitchen, hallway, stairs, landing, and three bedrooms. There are three suction modes, with the lowest one being sufficient for hard floors. In the highest setting, it easily picks up dirt and long hair from plush carpets. With the attachments, you can easily vacuum hard-to-reach spots and furniture. I really have no regrets about this purchase!

Tjilla is a nice brand. We have had the robot vacuum cleaner for a year now. It's our first one, and it works well! However, it suddenly stopped charging. I contacted Tjilla (keep in mind that they are only available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), and it turned out to be the battery. The old batteries had some issues, including ours. We are getting a new, improved version sent to us. I find Tjilla's service to be good and friendly. I hope this battery lasts much longer than the old version. Overall, I am very satisfied. I also have an indoor security camera from them, which works very well, with sharp images, even at night.
