The vacuum is very good; however, the obstacle detection and avoidance could be slightly improved. It always has problems when returning to the charging station.

I forgot to mention something when placing my order, the special discount code. A quick phone call and it was sorted out immediately, and everything arrived on time and complete.

Fast delivery. Cleans well. I just couldn't add the robot vacuum to the app. When I contacted customer service, I was helped very well with adding the vacuum after all. Great customer service, friendly and helpful.

Happy with my Tjilla robot vacuums. I have had 2 Tjilla robots in my house for about 2 years. One for downstairs and one for my attic where I give lessons. They take a lot of work off my hands, and especially with 2 cats, it's not a luxury; they remove so much dust and hair (even when you think there's nothing lying around; I'm still amazed). I also find the service and support to be very good.

It's nice that phone contact is possible. The robot vacuum cleaner does its job. Our old farmhouse is actually not suitable for a robot vacuum due to the thresholds, but I'm still very happy with it. It's easy to lift to another room and it gets the job done there.

I was well assisted over the phone. Fast delivery. Good device. High suction power (adjustable), good mopping function (water release adjustable).
