    I am happy with it, and they provide good service. However, the issue remains that the vacuum cleaner keeps driving through the red 'forbidden areas,' and I just can't seem to learn to stop it. I've reset it 10 times already. I didn't have this problem with other (cheaper) vacuum cleaners.

    For 3 years now, we have been enjoying our Tjilla C150, along with our 2 dogs (Golden Retriever and Labrador). It's so quiet yet incredibly efficient. It picks up all the hair without any issues. It's programmed to vacuum twice a day. The evening round is followed by a mopping session. Always a clean floor with minimal effort ;). The service is truly top-notch, at an unprecedented level!
