    There was already a request for a review while the device hadn't even been delivered. Such things do not inspire confidence, so I gave 2 stars. I immediately called the company: can that review be removed? After receiving a (written) promise on May 23 that these kinds of emails would no longer be sent automatically and that the C200 would be delivered in 2 weeks, I wrote a new ('charming') review. But on June 14, I received an email saying, "And because you already have a vacuum cleaner from us at home...". But still no C200. My remaining trust is gone. So, one star. But this review won't be posted on Tjilla's website!
