What a great item! The quality and price ratio are very good. I haven't used the mopping function yet because I don't need it.

I am very happy with the Tjilla. I compared different brands and ultimately chose the Tjilla; the price-quality ratio is excellent, just like the customer service. I called them first because I had some questions before making my purchase! Highly recommended!

Tjilla is a beautiful Dutch product with a Dutch customer service that responded to me quickly. I am extremely satisfied with Tjilla and the robot vacuum cleaner that I purchased.

There was already a request for a review while the device hadn't even been delivered. Such things do not inspire confidence, so I gave 2 stars. I immediately called the company: can that review be removed? After receiving a (written) promise on May 23 that these kinds of emails would no longer be sent automatically and that the C200 would be delivered in 2 weeks, I wrote a new ('charming') review. But on June 14, I received an email saying, "And because you already have a vacuum cleaner from us at home...". But still no C200. My remaining trust is gone. So, one star. But this review won't be posted on Tjilla's website!

It's difficult to review something that hasn't been delivered yet. The request for a review with a rating comes significantly faster than the delivery. I had to take the initiative myself to find out when the product would actually be delivered (in about 3 weeks).
