Ordered a rugged phone, very fast delivery, device in perfect condition. After a week of testing, I am completely satisfied. The phone with a 10K battery lasts 11 hours while constantly playing Pokemon Go, amazing (compared to other devices that last 1-2 hours or require carrying battery power banks and cables). I cannot yet assess the aftercare and warranty, hence the "good" rating.

This phone cannot deliver on its promises. Within two weeks of a small drop, the screen was completely broken. There is no willingness from Rugged Store to see if this is simply a warranty case since this is a rugged phone. Extremely disappointing.
