    We ordered and paid for an iPad Pro 11. A charger with cable, a screen protector, and a case were supposed to be included, delivery time 1-3 days. Only after 5 days was the iPad delivered, but without the charger, etc. I immediately sent an email regarding the missing items. No response. Then sent another 4 or 5 emails and reached out via the website. Deafening silence!!! Very disappointing, especially since they claim they want 100% customer satisfaction. We will not be ordering anything here again. As far as we are concerned, 1 star out of courtesy because the iPad was received.
