After a wrong delivery, the communication is very poor and little to no action is taken to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This way, I will not be making any more purchases. Update: In the meantime, there has been contact, and a proper apology has been offered along with a good solution to resolve the issue.

My order took a week (7 days) to arrive. The delivery issue was with UPS. The iPhone was more damaged than I had expected. On the site, the iPhone was described as "very good."
