    Here is my second (revised) review. Initially, I had a somewhat lesser experience; there was a problem with the phone I sent in. There was a brief moment of panic, but the company quickly came to my aid. First, I received extra instructions to determine if it was a solvable issue. Ultimately, it wasn't, and I received further assistance to return my phone. This was done through PostNL, which was a disappointment for me because the shipping time was long. However, this is of course not the company's fault. When the phone arrived there, it was examined fairly quickly, and I received several emails updating me on the progress of the process (with perhaps a little nudge from me behind the scenes). When the process was completed, it turned out that there was indeed a fault with the system in the phone, and they immediately sent me a new one. This one works perfectly as it should and is in good condition.
