The ordering process went smoothly, but the delivery took longer than expected and the communication did not go as it should have. I did receive an explanation and apologies for that, which was nice. The items themselves were exactly as promised on the website. I thoroughly examined the iPad with a lamp, but I couldn't find a single scratch, especially not on the screen, which is the most important part.
